- Reservations: When you record and complete a reservation, we record your information in our reservation system, "Every Office."
- Registrations: To process registrations for our facilities, we require some information from you.
- Job Application: To process your job application. The information is stored in our mailbox.
- Guest Survey: We use your email address to send you an invitation to write a review.
- User Account: To manage your reservations, a user account is created. This allows you to view your personal settings and reservations. If you wish to have your information and/or account deleted, please send an email to receptie@luttenberg.nl.
- Marketing Activities: To communicate with you by sending electronic newsletters and/or mail. The data is stored via the "Every Office" system. In addition, photos and video recordings are taken at our holiday park for promotional purposes. It is therefore possible that you may appear in one of these photos or images.

You can reserve an accommodation directly with Vakantiepark de Luttenberg, either online or by phone. We are available for this from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will receive your confirmation/invoice no later than 1 week after your reservation request. This confirmation is your and our proof of booking. We also always have the right to cancel or terminate bookings if an accommodation is booked with us for purposes other than recreational purposes. We also have the right to change the booking within 28 days before departure.PRICES ON THE WEBSITE
All prices include VAT. Excluded are any increases in the VAT rate and any additional government taxes that were reasonably unknown or not applicable at the time of publication of this website. Holiday stay conditions
You can purchase cancellation insurance when booking. We adhere to the RECRON terms and conditions. By purchasing cancellation insurance, you agree to these terms and conditions.
PREFERENCE
If you have a preference regarding location, multiple bungalows next to each other, or a specific rental property, we are happy to accommodate this if possible. A preference fee will be charged for this.No discounts are given for this. The property name or property number stated on the reservation/confirmation is only legally binding if the preference fee stated in the reservation/confirmation has been paid.
