Two parking spaces have been specially set up for your electric car in the large car park opposite the reception. You can use the charging stations at an additional charge. It is not permitted to charge your car at your accommodation/campsite. Please make room for any other electric cars that need to be charged as soon as your vehicle is sufficiently charged. Thank you in advance!

You may not park your car everywhere. Your car is not allowed on the car-free field (K-field), nor is it allowed to park a car near comfort pitches with private sanitary, a safari tent and/or the chalets 329 to 340.

Please also bear in mind our maximum speed on the park. The maximum speed allowed at the park is 5 km per hour. For the safety of the children, we ask you to drive at a walking pace.

We have done our best to make the holiday park as wheelchair friendly as possible. Most facilities are at ground level or can be accessed via a ramp. In addition, we have wheelchair accessible sanitary facilities in toilet building number 14 (on the map). Unfortunately, our accommodations are not fully wheelchair friendly.

At the entrance of our holiday park, next to the bike rental, you will find an environmental area. Here you can dispose of your waste in bin bags in the designated container. Glass, plastic and paper are separated from other household waste.

Bulky waste, such as tarpaulins, rugs and garden chairs, may not be left in the containers. You have to take this waste with you.

You can leave your empty batteries in the reception. 

Vakantiepark de Luttenberg is a wonderful seasonal park. This means that we are open from April 1st to October 1st in terms of facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, wellness, catering and shop. The current opening hours can be found on this page. Modifications are subject to change. If you want to be sure that the reception is open, feel free to call us.

Your dog is more than welcome on our 5-star holiday park to enjoy a wonderful holiday! Cats are unfortunately not allowed.

One dog is allowed per accommodation and two dogs are allowed per camping pitch. If you go to our Search & book page you can select 'pet (on a leash)' in the filter option to see which accommodation is suitable for a holiday with your pet.

You can walk your dog outside the park. There is an entrance to the woods between camping pitch 64 and bergalow 77, and of course you can also leave the park via the main entrance. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, even near the accommodation or campsite. You can use the dispensers in the park with dog waste bags. 

Yes, you can! There is a free and a premium wifi at the park. The signal and speed may vary depending on the location and conditions, but in general you can use the free internet anywhere on the park. If it's not enough, you can choose for the premium and paid wifi.

Via your wifi settings you select 'Luttenberg wifi'. A website with a login screen will open automatically. Does this page not open automatically? It often helps to open your browser (internet) and select a random website in your internet browser. The login page will then appear automatically. 

Yes, you can! Our sanitary building (number 14 on the map) has two washing machines and a dryer. You can operate them digitally. There is a (free) spin programme in the washing machines. You can find a manual for the usage of the machines is in the laundry room.

Washing costs €5,50 and drying costs €2,00. Payment is done on the spot by (contactless) pin. 

No, showering is absolutely free with us. No hassle with coins, maximum 7 minutes. 

There are a toilet building "the Molshoop" on the park: number 14 on the map. This special building has first class toilets, washing and shower rooms, private sanitary facilities and family showers. Each shower is very spacious and has its own washbasin. The themed children's sanitary facilities are especially unique. It will be a party for the children to jump under the shower and brush their teeth! In this building you will find disabled sanitary facilities, a microwave oven, washing machines and dryers. 

Children under 6 years must be accompanied when using the showers and toilets. This building is not intended as a playground for children and are non-smoking. 

Every pitch has an electricity connection. Every pitch includes free 10 Ampere (2,300 Watt) electricity*. The power points at the pitches are not locked and are child-friendly wired. In the unlikely event that you have no power, you can look in the cabinet to see if a fuse or earth leakage switch has been switched off. It is advisable to first switch off all appliances before switching them on again. Not sure what to do? Then we will be happy to help you! Just stop by the reception.

* Not for (pre)seasonal guests

Each pitch has a television connection. You can connect the television by placing a CAI cable between the TV and the connection in the cabinet. Do you not have a CAI cable? No worries. We sell the cables.

It may be necessary to have your TV search for channels again. The signal is only transmitted digitally. Do you not have a digital signal? Then you can connect a converter to your television.

We are very pleased that you are so enthusiastic about Vakantiepark de Luttenberg and that you would like to show the park to your visitors. Visitors are allowed as long as we are aware of the visit. Please inform us at the front desk. Day visitors are free of charge and are allowed up to 23.00 o'clock, but they are not allowed to use our facilities. Will your visitors be staying overnight? Thats possible, notify and pay at the reception desk. You visitors are allowed then to use our facilities.

 

Yes, you can! As long as stocks last, you can buy or exchange various propane gas cylinders at the reception. 

The pitches have their own water tap. For this you need a tap key. These are available at the reception for €2.50. Will you return the key on your departure? Then the €2.50 will be returned to you, but you may also keep the key as a souvenir or use it at another campsite!

The pitches are equipped with a waste water drain. On the side there is a removable cap where the drain hose can be hung. Unfortunately there is no odour trap between the two, so we advise you to check if visitors before you have put the cap back. If the hose is smaller than the opening, we advise you to place a cloth in the opening around the hose to block any unpleasant smells. 

We are pleased that you are spending your holiday at Vakantiepark de Luttenberg! You are welcome in your accommodation from 3pm and on your camping pitch from 2pm. Will you be arriving earlier? No problem at all. You are welcome to use our facilities, but we cannot guarantee that your pitch or accommodation will be ready for you.

On the day of departure, you must leave the rental accommodation clean, undamaged and faultless before 10.00 o'clock. We ask you to leave your pitch before 12.00 o'clock to make room for the guests who arrive later that day.

Bed linen is included in all Bergalows, Safari tents and Boslodges. You must bring your own towels or if necessary book them separately. For the Hikers Cabin and Bergadrome you have to bring your own bed linen.

When you stay 2 weeks or more in a Bergalow, Safari tent or Boslodge, you can change your used sheets for clean ones free of charge after 2 weeks. Please stop by the reception and we will make sure that new sheets are brought to you.

We are sorry that you wish to cancel your stay with us. We therefore often advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance in advance of their stay.

Cancellation does often entail costs. The amount of the cancellation costs depends on the date of cancellation. The closer you come to the arrival date, the higher the costs.

We understand that you will arrive after the closing time of the reception. No problem at all! However, we would appreciate it if you would let us know in advance. You can do this by sending us an e-mail to receptie@luttenberg.nl or by calling 0572 - 30 14 05. Once you have paid for your booking, we will make sure there is an envelope ready for you with all the necessary information. Please note the one-way traffic on our park. Thank you in advance and we wish you a pleasant stay!

We understand that you would like to choose the exact location of your accommodation, so that you can be sure you are booking an accommodation that suits your needs in terms of location. In the booking process, you can select your preferred location under 'preference'. A preferred location costs € 25.00 extra for accommodation. We charge € 7,50 extra for camping. If you do not want a preferred location, simply proceed to the next step and we will choose a number for you within the same accommodation category. 

If your accommodation type allows you to come with more people, it is possible to book an extra person. To change your travel group, please contact the reception. You can send us an e-mail to receptie@luttenberg.nl, but we can also be reached by phone at 0572-301405.

Has something changed, or did you make a typo in your personal details or in the details of your travel group? No problem. In 'My Luttenberg' you can easily change your contact information, your travel companion information, your license plate number or your login information. You can also use My Luttenberg to add extras to your booking. In order to do so go to 'My stay' and then go to 'Request extras'. Have a nice stay!

The price shown via the Search & Book option includes reservation costs. The tourist tax is also listed on your invoice and therefore paid in advance. So you do not have to pay this unexpectedly on arrival. 

Yes, we would like to receive 25% of the total amount as a deposit within two weeks of making your reservation. The remainder will be due 6 weeks before your arrival.

You will receive your reservation confirmation/invoice no later than 1 week after requesting the reservation. This proof of reservation is your and our proof of booking. 

Have you still not received a confirmation after 1 week? Please contact us by mail (receptie@luttenberg.nl) or call us at 0572-301405. 

It may indeed be the case that there is no number on your invoice. This is because we will assign you a definitive place upon arrival. By not guaranteeing a place, we can classify the bookings in the best possible way so that everyone can book a vacation for the desired period.

Do you have a particular spot in mind? Then you can indicate this in your booking and you pay € 25.00 for the preference of an accommodation. We charge € 7,50 extra for a preferred camping pitch. If you have already made your booking and you would like to reserve a specific spot subsequently, please contact the reception desk (receptie@luttenberg.nl or 0572-301405) and we will do our utmost to guarantee you your desired pitch. 

At the front desk, in the shop and in the restaurants, you can pay with your debit card, credit card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard), cash and Apple Pay.

Do you wish to have a nice dinner out? You are absolutely right! After all, it is your vacation! Come and have a bite to eat in our cosy snackplaza. 

Would you like to go somewhere other than our snackplaza? That's possible. Within 5 minutes cycling distance you will find Café de Schoenmaker and Café Spoolder in the village of Luttenberg. Take a look around in the surrounding towns or visit one of the cozy terraces in Raalte, at 25 - 30 minutes cycling distance.

In the reception you will find a mini-shop. Here you can buy freshly baked breads and small groceries.

For the extensive groceries you can go to the Coop in the village Luttenberg. This can be found at 5 minutes cycling from the vacation park. You can also find larger supermarkets such as the Jumbo, Albert Heijn and Aldi in Raalte at 20-25 minutes cycling distance.
